Konacha – Sushi tea
Konacha is a mixed green tea with a very fine structure. This green tea is made of tea buds and small leaves which are left behind after processing Gyokuro and Sencha. Konacha goes well with sushi, because it neutralises your taste between different sushi’s. Konacha has a strong flavor and is therefore excellent for cooking with this tea, for example as a bouillon.
The tasting notes of this mixed green tea are strong and light grassy.
