Set de luxe avec Okumidori, rare et unique cultivar japonais. Comprend bol noir fait main, fouet et cuillère en bambou.

Matcha en boîte hermétique dorée de 30 g – suffisant pour environ 60 tasses.

Cultivar : Okumidori, origine unique
Goût : herbacé, crémeux, umami
Procédé : cultivé à l’ombre, moulin à billes en pierre/céramique
Récolte : mi-mai, première récolte
Région : Wazuka, Kyoto, Japon – biologique

Préparation du matcha

  1. Mettre 1 cuillère en bambou (0,5 g) de matcha dans le bol.
  2. Ajouter 1 cuillère à soupe d’eau et mélanger en pâte lisse.
  3. Ajouter 60 ml d’eau (75–80 °C).
  4. Fouetter 10–15 secondes en mouvements rapides en « W » jusqu’à obtenir une mousse.
