Preparation Houjicha powder tea Hug the Tea:
Amount of water: 60 ml
Water temperature: 80 degrees
Put 1 till 2 gram of houjicha powder (through a sieve) in a bowl (preferably use a matcha bowl)
Pour 50ml of water at 80 degrees on it
Beat it for 15 sec with a beater, you can use a matcha bamboo whisk for this
Tip: add 100-150 ml frothed oats (over other) milk for a (iced) Houjicha Latte: recipe here!
