Delivery of orders, retrieve orders, track & trace and return orders

Ordered today before 5.30 pm, delivered tomorrow. Orders are delivered by PostNL from Monday until Saturday.

The delivery time of PostNL within the Netherlands is 1-2 business days. Packages to Belgium and Germany (ordered before 5.30 PM) will be delivered within 2-5 business days. The delivery time within the rest of Europe is 3-6 business days and outside the EU the shipping time takes 5-15 business days.

It is also possible to pick up your order (no shipping costs) in the shop / teabar of HUG THE TEA.

When the order is ready in the store, you will receive an e-mail from us. The order can be picked up (between 11:00 and 17:30 the shop is open and on Monday the store opens at 13:00).

All packages will be send with tracking number that will be sent to you by a PostNL link when the order is completed by HUG THE TEA. You can follow your order through the link with the tracking number.

If you have not received the tracking number yet, you can request it at any time via info@hugthetea.com.

Returns? This is possible, of course. Please note that HUG THE TEA only accepts returns if the item (s) is unopened, undamaged and in its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the return costs of the order. In addition, the buyer is responsible for the preparation and sending of the return shipment. You can return the order within 14 days after the order has been received at the correct address of the buyer. HUG THE TEA recommends choosing a secure shipping method. The risk of return shipments lies with the customer.

When returning, please send an e-mail to: info@hugthetea.com.
State the first and last name, order number (# -4 digits), IBAN account number, article (s) and preferably also the reason for return.

Refund:

The purchase price of the returned item will be refunded to your account within 14 business days after receipt by HUG THE TEA (Internatio Allique BV).
