RECIPE #37: Iced Matcha White Choco

Ingredients Iced Matcha White Chocolate:

• White chocolate | 6 cubes
• Milk | 180 ml
• Ice cubes
• Matcha powder | 1 teaspoon
• Hot water | 2 tablespoons

Necessities:

• Pan
• Bamboo brush
• Glass

Preparation method

1. Heat milk in a pan and add chocolate cubes.
2. Heat until chocolate is completely melted.
3. Pour into a glass and allow to cool slightly.
4. Use a bamboo brush and mix matcha with water to a smooth paste.
5. Put the ice cubes in the glass and carefully pour matcha over the white chocolate milk
