5 big or 8 small strawberries (fresh or frozen fruit) + agave syrup
30 ml cold water + ice cubes
How to make it:
First of all, ddd strawberries in a glass and mash the fruit with a cocktail taper (or use a whisk for this). Make sure that it is finely mashed and that 1/3 of the glass has a layer with strawberries. Optional: you can also add some agave syrup or honey when you like it more sweet.
Foam 200 ml of milk cold in an electric milk frother. Most milk frothers also have a cold setting. If not, just use cold milk.
Make a cold thick matcha shot by whisking 2 tsp matcha powder with 30ml cold water. To do this, use the bamboo whisk and bowl (and strain the matcha powder if necessary to prevent lumps).
Add ice cubes to the glass with strawberries, then pour in the cold milk.
And, last but not last, pour the cold thick matcha shot on it.
