How long does it take to receive my order?
If an online purchase is placed, HUG THE TEA delivers it to the customer as soon as possible. All orders placed and paid before 3:00 PM on business days will be shipped the same day by PostNL. PostNL delivers Mondays till Saturdays. The delivery time to The Netherlands is approximately 1-2 business days. The delivery time to Germany, Belgium and France is 2-4 business days. The shipping time for the rest of Europe is 3-6 business days and beyond 5-15 business days.
I want to receive an order soon, what should I do?

How can I return my purchase?

Returning your order? This is possible of course by sending an email and please mention the following:
Your name, order number, IBAN account number, item (s) and preferred (not required) the reason for return.
HUG THE TEA will only except returns if the product is unopened and still in its original undamaged packaging.
The buyer bears the costs of returning his/her order. The buyer is responsible for preparing and shipping the return shipment.
