First add the yogurt or quark to a bowl. Then sieve 1 gram of Premium Matcha and mix this well with the yogurt/quark with a spoon so the colour gets beauitful light green. Add the toppings you like, for example: berries, granola, nuts, chia, coconut flakes etc.
