Ingrediënten: – 2tl Matcha Ceremonial – Drinking grade – Matcha ijs of vanille ijs (met een beetje matcha erop of erdoor) – Eventueel 1 aardbei of framboos als topping Bereidingswijze: – Maak allereerst een warme sterke shot door 2 tl matcha A poeder op te kloppen met 15 ml warm water op 80-90 graden.
