1. First of all, make a cold matcha shot by whisking 2 tsp Premium matcha powder with 30ml cold water. To do this, use the bamboo whisk and bowl (and strain the matcha powder if necessary to prevent lumps).
2. Foam 200 ml of milk cold in an electric milk frother. Most milk frothers also have a cold setting Nespresso
3. Add mango pieces in a glass and mash the fruit with a cocktail taper (or use a electric blender for this). Make sure that it is finely mashed and that the bottom of the glass has a nice 2 cm layer with mango. Optional: you can also add raspberries or other red fruits ???? instead of mango ???? to make a #icedberrymatchalatte
4. Add ice cubes, then pour in the frothed cold milk.
And, last but not last, pour the cold matcha shot on it.
