Ingredients (for 2 glasses): • 1 ripe peach (or 100 ml unsweetened peach juice) • 1 g Ceremonial Matcha A = ½ tsp • 60 ml hot water (70–80 °C) • 1 tbsp honey or agave (optional) • ½ lime, juiced • Sparkling water • Ice cubes
Instructions: 1. Peel and pit the peach, then blend with lime juice and agave (or mix peach juice with lime and agave). 2. Divide the peach mix over 2 glasses filled with ice. 3. Fill each glass about ⅔ with sparkling water. 4. Sift matcha into a bowl, add a little hot water, whisk into a paste, then add the rest of the water and whisk until frothy. 5. Slowly pour matcha over the back of a spoon onto the drink to create layers.
